FREEBALLINā„¢ ā€” PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

FREEBALLINā„¢ offers digital software licences and subscription products.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, customers authorise recurring payments in accordance with their selected subscription terms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscriptions electronically through the subscription-management options available in their customer account.

Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal to prevent further recurring charges.

Customers should contact FREEBALLINā„¢ support only if electronic cancellation is unavailable or cannot be completed.

Where electronic cancellation fails, customers should contact support before their renewal date and provide sufficient information to identify their subscription.

No cancellation fee applies.

3. Refunds and Unused Subscription Periods

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle customers to a refund, credit or reimbursement for:

  • Previously processed subscription payments.

  • Unused portions of a subscription period.

  • Change of mind or discontinued use.

  • Failure to activate or configure purchased software.

  • Trading losses or dissatisfaction with trading outcomes.

No voluntary prorated refunds are provided.

4. Access Following Cancellation

Customers generally retain access to their purchased subscription features until the end of their current paid billing period, subject to the Terms of Service.

Access will cease upon expiry unless the subscription is renewed.

5. One-Off Purchases

One-off digital purchases do not automatically renew.

These purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory cancellation rights, applicable digital-content withdrawal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a refund or cancellation remedy is required by applicable law, FREEBALLINā„¢ will comply with those requirements.
