• Verifying actual orders, positions and executions with their broker.

• Maintaining sufficient account balances, margin and trading permissions.

• Understanding software limitations and third-party integration requirements.

• Monitoring trading activity and responding to unexpected conditions.

FREEBALLIN™ does not independently select trades, determine suitable investments or assume responsibility for managing customer trading accounts.

Trading and Technology Risks

Trading involves risks including market volatility, leverage, liquidity constraints, price gaps, slippage, rejected orders and rapid market movements.

Software-based trade management introduces additional risks, including:

• Internet, device, server or connectivity failures.

• TradingView, webhook or third-party platform interruptions.

• Delayed, duplicated, rejected or unexecuted instructions.

• Incorrect settings or incompatible configurations.

• Differences between chart information and actual broker execution.

• Stop-loss, breakeven, trailing-stop or take-profit functions failing to operate or execute as expected.

References to or compatibility with third-party services do not imply ownership, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

FREEBALLIN™ does not control independent third-party systems, market data, order routing, connectivity or broker execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FREEBALLIN™ is not responsible for failures or losses attributable to independent third-party services.

FREEBALLIN™, its branding, software, source code, designs, documentation, graphics and associated intellectual property are owned by Freeballin Pty Ltd or its licensors.

All rights are reserved.

Purchasing a FREEBALLIN™ product grants a limited licence under the applicable Terms of Service. It does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation is prohibited, except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing.

5. Website and Product Information

FREEBALLIN™ does not voluntarily assume responsibility for customers' trading capital, brokerage accounts, investment decisions or financial outcomes.

These exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted and do not exclude liability for FREEBALLIN™'s own conduct where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a contractual limitation of monetary liability is legally enforceable, the applicable limitation is set out in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer guarantee, statutory remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where FREEBALLIN™ is legally liable, the nature and extent of any remedy or compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the enforceable provisions of our Terms of Service.
