Refund policy

FREEBALLINā„¢ ā€” RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective: 28 October 2026

This policy applies to all digital software products, licences and subscriptions supplied by Freeballin Pty Ltd (ABN 70 696 547 538), trading as FREEBALLINā„¢.

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

FREEBALLINā„¢ does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges or credits. Our products are digital software licences and services; no physical goods are supplied.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product features, pricing, subscription terms and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unless required by law, refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchases.

  • Unused or partially used subscriptions.

  • Failure to activate or use purchased software.

  • Failure to cancel before subscription renewal.

  • Customer configuration or account errors.

  • Unsupported devices or third-party services.

  • Trading losses, unsuccessful trades or financial outcomes.

  • Market conditions, broker execution or independent third-party failures.

These circumstances do not automatically establish a refund entitlement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms disclosed at purchase.

Customers may cancel through the available subscription-management process or by contacting FREEBALLINā„¢.

Cancellation stops future renewals once successfully processed.

Unless required by law, payments already processed are non-refundable, no prorated refunds apply, and access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

No subscription cancellation fees apply.

4. Software and Third-Party Services

FREEBALLINā„¢ provides trader-directed software tools, not financial advice or guaranteed trading outcomes.

Customers are responsible for configuring and testing the software, maintaining compatible third-party services and verifying actual broker orders and positions.

FREEBALLINā„¢ does not guarantee trading profitability, uninterrupted third-party services or successful broker execution.

Trading losses, customer errors and independent third-party failures do not, by themselves, create a refund or compensation entitlement.

5. Consumer Rights and International Sales

FREEBALLINā„¢ supplies digital products internationally.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws, including those of the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area and United States.

Where legally required, FREEBALLINā„¢ will provide the applicable refund, correction, cancellation or other remedy.

Statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights apply where required by law. Any lawful digital-content exception applies only where its conditions, including required customer consent or acknowledgement, have been satisfied.

No additional voluntary refund or withdrawal rights are offered.

6. Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FREEBALLINā„¢ excludes liability for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, consequential losses and independent third-party failures.

Where a refund or financial remedy is legally required, FREEBALLINā„¢ will provide the amount or remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Refund Requests

Customers seeking a legally required refund or remedy should contact teams@freeballin.com.au, providing their order number, purchase email and details of the issue.

FREEBALLINā„¢ may request reasonable supporting information.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law, ordinarily through the original payment method.

Customers retain their lawful payment dispute and consumer protection rights.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Northern Territory and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Northern Territory courts.

Nothing in this provision restricts mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights applicable to international customers.

Where mandatory applicable law conflicts with this policy, that law prevails.
